How We Met
Korean food will always mean something special to Katie and Jim because the first time they ever met in person was for lunch at Jang, a random Korean restaurant in L Place, on a normal working day in Hong Kong. Katie had arrived first and was seated on a small central table stuck between two groups of loud business people - totally not an ideal 'first date' situation or place. And yet, the chemistry worked out pretty well and it ended up being a three-hour lunch ;)
BUT the true story to how they actually met was over Facebook (yes fate had it that Jim sent Katie a random friend request, she accepted and they started chatting)...such a modern romantic love story, starting in the summer of 2014. At least they will always 'follow' each other ;)

He Proposed
Jim proposed to Katie on Boxing Day 2018, on top of a gorgeous, mouth dropping empty snow-mountain peak overlooking the Troll Pensinula in northern Iceland. A beautiful day to remember, a day when 'happily ever after' began for Mr and Mrs Yang.
